High Fantasy Games on Android in New Zealand: Q3 2025 Performance

In the third quarter of 2025, the high fantasy gaming landscape on the Android platform in New Zealand saw varied performances among the top games. Data from Sensor Tower provides insights into the trends for downloads, revenue, and active users.

Clash Royale from Supercell showed a strong performance in revenue, starting at around $9K and reaching a peak of nearly $15K in early September. Weekly downloads increased significantly, beginning at 1.2K and climbing to over 6K by the end of the quarter. Active users also grew steadily, from approximately 17.6K to nearly 27K.

Coin Master by Moon Active experienced a decline in revenue from $12.9K to a low of $8.5K, rebounding slightly to $9.3K by the end of September. Downloads remained relatively low, fluctuating between 200 and 500 weekly. Active users showed a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, moving from 2.1K to 2.3K.

Royal Kingdom from Dream Games saw consistent revenue growth, ending the quarter at approximately $10.5K. Downloads had a notable peak in late August at nearly 7.9K, but declined to around 2.3K by September's end. Active users initially rose to 16.8K mid-quarter but saw a drop to 15.4K by the quarter's close.

Supercell's Clash of Clans observed a decline in revenue from $12.1K to $8.1K. Downloads remained stable around 400 to 500 weekly, while active users decreased from 10.3K to 8.1K.

Finally, RAID: Shadow Legends by Plarium Global Ltd showed a decline in revenue from $10.3K to $5.5K. Downloads began at 116 and rose to 346. Active users increased slightly, from 917 to 1.1K.
